Co-Executive Director, Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Steve is a licensed clinical social worker. With over 30 years experience he loves helping couples work through the trauma resulting from compulsive sexual problems and other addictive behaviors. Steve earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. His experience includes working with the chronically mentally ill, terminally ill children and adults, and teen and adult substance abusers.
Co-Executive Director | Mary-Scott received her degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton. She has worked at Center for New Directions for seven years and has been involved in the counseling field for over 15 years. She is a Certified Life Coach and works with clients who are goal oriented in their approach to life. Mary-Scott is pursuing an MA/ PhD program at Saybrooke University with an emphasis on Jungian and Creativity studies. She plans on using the knowledge she gains to enhance the couple’s program at Center for New Directions.
MA, LCSW | Jackie received her masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California. With over 15 years experience and a genuine warmth and understanding, Jackie helps women heal from the trauma that results from a partner’s sexual addiction.
LMFT | Cathy specializes in helping teenage girls suffering from eating disorders and addictions. Working from the root of the disorder or addiction, and with families, Cathy enables her clients to build a healthy and authentic life.
IMFT | With over 25 years of experience, Vicki is an addiction specialist helping both men and women overcome substance abuse, obtain sobriety, and take control of their lives. Additionally, Vicki works with teens on issues related to confidence, relationship, and depression.
LMFT | Jared is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to find healing from various emotional and relational problems, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, abuse, and sexual addiction.
IMFT | Bob brings a warmth and support to his work helping couples and individuals resolve marital issues, improve self-esteem, and deal with depression, anxiety, and the trauma that results from sexual infidelity.
LMFT | Cici works with those suffering from low self-esteem, relationship trauma, and stressful family dynamics. Additionally, she conducts Anger Management and Parenting Classes geared towards improving all relationships.
LMFT | For more than 10 years, Brian has worked with individuals, couples, and families to understand and approach depression, anxiety, co-dependency, substance abuse, compulsive behaviors, sex and love addiction, and trauma related issues.
LMFT | Jessica has over 22 years of experience working with at-risk youth, youth in foster care, and new parents. She brings a nurturing, friendly, compassionate, and energetic approach to connecting with her clients.
